IT project Manager, worked on UAE Projects, where my main
role was managing the project across the whole life cycle from Project Kick Off until the
closure phase, taking into consideration all the project management aspects
(i.e. Sales Handover, Project Kick off, Requirement Analysis, Set Project Plan/Schedule,
set the project milestones, review the project Progress, send weekly internal & external
reports with the project status, highlight any Risk or issue & set mitigation plan, handle
the customer, manage the full team, manage travel logistics, own the project budget &
cost, and handle any internal or external communication & meetings).

I was responsible for (Customer Care & Online) Projects, where my roles and
responsibilities were as the following:
* Communicate with different business domains to capture their business
requirements and ensure that they are well prepared for smooth processing by
subsequent technology teams.
* Conduct workshops with all stakeholders to analyze & validate the requirements
to ensure a wide approval of requirement specifications (if needed).
* Owning the delivery process by communicating with all required technical
parties involved in the delivery process for project Technical Assessment .
* Resolve conflicts in Solution provision vs. Business Requirements where gaps
arise.
* Manages all the projects’ related activities (requirements, planning, reporting,
etc.) towards the successful delivery of customer requirements, timely reporting
and addressing risks as they arise till UAT & launching on Production.
* Ensuring that all financial, communication, quality and risk aspects of the
project are properly tracked against line function objectives.
* Acts as the technology partner to the customer and technical SPOC on matters
related to timelines and scope of projects’ delivery.
* Ensure a timely and satisfactory delivery of business requirements to the
customer.
* Provide weekly status report with the project progress, plans, issues and risks.
* Ensure that all resources necessary for projects’ executions are in place.
Vodafone Project:
New Services activation or creation on Siebel CRM, IVR, USSD, Mobile app, Website,
Point of Sale & dealers Extranet.
I was responsible for Quality Testing for different Domains in the (Product & Service
Department - Technology), These Domains started with (Online, Customer Care,
Extranet & Technology) & complimented by
IT Development - Applications
Development) Department; were my role and responsibilities were:
* Contributed in building the Testing Function in Vodafone Egypt.
* Owned (HP Quality Center) Administration & Project Management.
* Managed Testing Documents Templates & Updates.
* Supported in shaping the internal Testing Process & its ongoing Enhancement to
fit with the other development & delivery teams
* Lead & Managed the testing in different project domains with different team
members and build a full testing packages, main tasks:
o Own project test plan.
o Testing the requirement document and generate defect report.
o Develop the test cases document using automated test cases tool or
manually and generate the requirements traceability matrix & impact
analysis.
o Execute test cases, Log issues on Bug tracking tool and follow them.
o Verifies issues posted by any of the team members and forward them to
the issues evaluator
o Testing application thought Database (SQL/Oracle) and the software
itself to assure that it’s Quality.
o Test database for back-end applications by writing test scripts.
o Manage UAT, handle project deliverables quality, audit reviews, and
project conformance
