As part of my HR Management program, I provide uninterrupted support by working hand-in-hand with the career development and operations teams to promote and accomplish the department's objectives. This includes serving as a point of contact and provide outstanding support and related services to international and domestic students, alumni, employees, and employers of Seneca College.

Through this assignment, I have been given the opportunity to not only utilize my interpersonal skills through consistent collaboration with Seneca Works team, but also to deliver a broad range of services to both internal and external stakeholders, most notably in recruiting local and international students and vetting employers. Also, I have given the privilege to manage and ultimately promote student persistence by establishing and managing effective communication and timely support for academic requirements, course admission and registration, and timelines for completing all items related to their program of studies until they are enrolled or onboarded. And help create and maintain a long-lasting relationship with employers by working and solving their requirements in close coordination with employer relations representatives, career strategists, and work integrated learning coordinators.
