- Provide HVAC design Calculation using Carrier E20-ii (HAP version).
- Provide HVAC design Basis, HVAC Specification.
- Assigned to handled Fire Protection system and Plumbing
- Provide airflow balancing on each room.
- Provide Schematic Air Flow Diagram (AFD) and Logic control for HVAC Control Panel DDC /BMS, Pressurization, Chemical filter layout, Duct heater and Humidifier capacity calculations, Duct and Pipe sizing, HVAC layout, Psychometric analysis, Equipment Schedule and Airflow flow control scheme.
-Prepare mechanical specification and equipment data sheet based on the applicable standard.
-Prepare Equipment schedule and their capacity.
-Preparation of HVAC and Fire Protection System,
Hydraulic analysis using HASS. Duct sizing and pipe size calculation for chilled water line. Equipment layout based on the P&ID and PFD. Assigned to Handled HVAC Load Calculation using E20ii - HAP 4.04.
-Assigned to conduct testing and commissioning (T&C) for HVAC, Fire Protection and Plumbing.
- Review all HVAC design layout submitted by the Contractor.
- Provide assistance in installation of ACMV @ site.
- Approval of Equipment and materials of ACMV. Review duct sizing and chilled water pipe sizing .
-Assist Client and Engineering manager to do everyday task on the engineering concern.
-Spot decision of the installation clash between other services (eg.plumbing, electrical trunking and cable tray, etc.)
-Approval of BMS, DDC and VAV system within the buildings.
-Assigned to check HVAC, Plumbing and Fire Protection system.
- To resolved any clashing / discrepancies of mechanical installation @ site.
- Approval of testing and commissioning of ACMV Equipment.
Assigned as a Senior Mechanical Engineer -My task are to design HVAC system within clean room and Medical facilities.
- Assign to coordinate all HVAC system task to implement in Unilever (Philippines).
- Review and check existing design done by JACOBS Engineering (India)
- Review all technical parameters done by the Consultant.
- Provide additional HVAC, Plumbing and Fire Protection system to be constructed in Non-Halal buildings.
- To assist and Supervise sub-consultant to do HVAC Design System.
- To review all Mechanial calculations and ammend other required system.
-To help sub-consultant to approved ETTV.
-Project must be based on Singapore Standard SS553, SS554 and SS530.
Doing Building Mechanical Services (HVAC, Plumbing and Fire Protection System) Qualified Senior Building Services Engineer for offshore/onshore projects. Upgrade of HVAC design in offshore project. Provide HVAC system design for RASGAS, QATARGAS, Qatar Petroleum (QP), Qchem, QAFAC, etc.
- Assigned as Lead Design Engineer for HVAC, Piping, Plumbing and Fire Protection System sing the latest HVAC software HAP Carrier E20ii and HASS - Hydraulic Analysis for Sprinkler System
- Provide design of HVAC system in oil and gas Facilities
- Assigned as a Site Project Management Consultant (PMC/PMT).
- Lead Junior Engineer in doing HVAC, Plumbing and Fire protection system.
