My responsibility as Project Manager:
1. Review contract documents; perform Code Analysis Report which covered Life Safety and Fire issues.
2. Responsible for Quality Assurance and Coordination between all disciplines.
3. Worked closely with the users of each department during design to insure that I met their needs and requirements.
4. Held client/user meetings in which I developed and provided presentational Departmental Floor plans.

My responsibility as Senior Medical Equipment Planner:
1. User Group Meetings: providing floor plan designs, freehand schemes with medical equipment lay-outs.
2. Equipment research and review as well as directly coordinating installation with healthcare equipment manufacturers.
3. Room Data Sheets along with Medical Equipment Schedules, Procurement and Vendor coordination.
4. Developed Project Equipment Books which included legends and programs for each department.
5. Site Verification: Report all utilities and structural requirements were met for each piece of equipment.
