1. Design, manage and implement electrical installation works including testing & commissioning of 11kV switchgears, RMUs, Power Transformers, Electrical panels, Capacitor Banks, Generators, ATS panels, Busbars, DC Panels, UPS System, mechanical equipments (Pumps, Chillers, AHUs, CRAC unit etc), aviation warning lights etc.

Design, manage and implement electrical installation works including testing & commissioning of MV, LV, ELV cabling, Lightning Protection, Earthing systems for building- HV, LV & ELV systems, Feeder pillars, street lighting, Distribution Boards and life safety systems such as Emergency Lighting -Central Battery System, Fire alarm system, Fire and Voice Evacuation system, Pre-Action System, FM200, Deluge system, etc.
3. Design, manage and implement electrical installation works including testing & commissioning of ELV system (Telephone data, Public address system, Gate Barrier, sliding gates, Audio/Video Intercom, Access control system, CCTV, Home Automation system, Lighting control system-Dali, Façade lighting, landscape lighting, BMS system & other infrastructure engineering works.
4. Following up the purchase orders and controlling the deliveries according to the projects milestones.
5. To ensure timely completion of projects by proper planning, managing man power and resources with Task delegation Sheet.
6. Responsible for obtaining work inspection, technical and drawing approvals from local authorities for Electricity & water authority, Department of Civil Aviation, Telecommunications Regulatory Authority.
7. Perform site surveys, produce technical reports, and execute modifications with value engineering as per the Client, project requirements to existing facilities.
8. Conduct Technical coordination meetings to discuss sub-contractor, specialists, submissions, shop drawings, technical submittals and construction related matters.

1) Designed, executed and supervised of pocket substations, HV corridor, LV networks, Generators, Street Lighting for all type of roads, right of way (ROW), feeder pillars, Lighting Calculations, Single Line Diagrams, Load schedules, landscape lighting branch wiring etc.
2) Responsible for supervision in the execution works for of Telecommunication infrastructure Network Design including ducts, manholes, water feature etc.

7) Supervised and witnessed of Factory Acceptance Test, Site Acceptance Test, Pre-commissioning, commissioning works.
8) Coordinated with Consultants and client Operations & Maintenance on the training required by the Contract before hand-over and close-out.
9) Designed and supervised of Dry utilities (Power and Telecom) & traffic control system for infrastructure projects in coordination along with works of Wet utilities (LPG, Natural Gas, Sewerage, Storm water, Fire Hydrant system etc).
1. Prepare technical submittals, method statement, RFIs, CVIs, electrical shop drawings, low current drawings related to electrical works and dry utilities in line with construction program.
2. Conduct Technical coordination meetings to discuss with sub-contractor, specialists, and consultants for the submission of electrical shop drawings (LV, ELV), technical submittals and construction related matters.
3. Design, manage and implement all electrical installation works including testing & commissioning of life safety systems (Emergency Lighting System, Fire alarm system, Fire and Voice Evacuation system, Pre-Action System, FM200, Deluge system, etc). and ELV system (Telephone data, Public address system, Gate Barrier, sliding gates, Audio/Video Intercom, Access control system, CCTV, Home Automation system, Lighting control system-Dali, Façade lighting, landscape lighting, BMS system & other infrastructure engineering works.
4. Prepare technical reports, perform design calculations related to sizing of feeder cables, breakers, cable tray, cable trunking and voltage drop calculations, starters, relay setting and coordination, CT Sizing as per the electrical and mechanical service loads.
5. Perform site surveys and execute modifications with value engineering solutions as per the Client’s interest and project requirements to existing facilities.
6. Prepare operations & maintenance manuals and as built drawings reflecting all details as per the built site conditions.
7. Carry out the final inspection along with stake holders for certification of final completion and handing over of the works.
8. Coordinating with QS to ensure that all variation works are captured, delays notified so that effective claims are made to increase budgeted project margins.
9. Negotiating with local and overseas suppliers for material procurement in respect commercially and contractually in line with project completion target.

2. MV & LV cabling, installation & testing of lightning protection, earthing systems for HV, LV, ELV systems, feeder pillars, street lighting, distribution boards, Special Airport Services, pre-action System & other infrastructure engineering works.
3. Following up on the purchase orders and monitoring the material deliveries according to the time schedule, and projects milestones and target dates.
4. To ensure timely completion of projects by proper planning, scheduling manpower and resources by assisting the Construction Manager with the task delegation sheet.
5. Obtaining approvals, NOCs and construction permits, decommissioning works based on the as-built blueprints from the Dubai Aviation City Corporation & Airport Security and handing-over of all electrical works.
6. Conducting site surveys to determine project requirements, foreseeing and solving problems at the bottleneck to avoid clashing with other trade services.
7. Ensure quality and safe assured works for passenger terminal building, technical buildings, car parking pavilion, control rooms, Equipment rooms, Sub-stations in both air-side and landside facilities in coordination with Consultants & Clients as per policies of HSE and Airport Security.
8. Effectively handled emergency electrical shutdown works without interrupting the operations of live airport.
9. Functional Operation Shift Engineer for both MV & LV System until handing over of the Dubai International Airport Terminal 2 expansion project to Dubai Aviation City Corporation.
Testing & Commissioning of Power Transformers, CTs, PTs, CVTs, Isolators, Breakers, Capacitor Banks,
various types of Electromechanical, Static and Numerical protective relays in various Substations and Generating
Stations.
* Operate single phase, 3-phase test kit (OMICRON), Oil test equipment kit, Phase Sequence Analyzer and
Insulation Resistance Tester.
* Erection and testing of control cable, LVAC DB, LVDC DB, Battery charger, Switchgear, RTCC, Transformer
and Feeder Control & Relay panel accessories.
* Design, modification of scheme if any, fault finding and troubleshooting with the help of G.A and Schematic
drawings.
* Determine fault MVA, BDV, rating of switchgears & relay settings.
* Interlock, Inter trip and scheme check.
* Relay final setting and verification, Overall stability test.
* Dissolved Gas Analysis Test using GE, Transport X, Kelman.
* Prepare commissioning and routine test reports.
* Frequent traveling all over Kerala for project execution at site.
