-Responsible for the supervision, handling and monitor the execution/construction of HVAC works from awarding stage to hand over and commissioning stage for Budgeted item (B.I), Net Direct Expenditure (NDE) and Routine Maintenance.
-Prepare HVAC System Design (Cooling and heat load calculation, Air distribution system, Air balancing, Air Duct Sizing, Chilled water and Condenser water pipe Sizing).
-Supervise for the installation, trouble shooting, repair, operation and maintenance of water cooled/air cooled Chiller, Cooling Tower, Chilled water/Condenser water Pump, Air Handling Unit (AHU), Fan Coil Unit (FCU), Air cooled Condensing Unit (ACCU), Walk-in and Display Freezer/Chiller, Fresh Air and Exhaust fan/blower.
-Conduct comprehensive assessment and recommendation for houses, buildings and facilities having HVAC deficiencies.
-Review, comments and give recommendation for HVAC related design package.
-Review and validate Testing, Adjusting and Balancing Report (TAB) from given project.
-Evaluate and approve HVAC material submittals for on-going Projects.
-Prepare scope of works and contract procurement documents through Mid Form Contract/Short Form Contract to be submitted to CS CAD for bidding.
-Participate in HVAC commissioning activities, conduct walkthrough and prepare exception item list.
-Facilitate Job Explanation Meeting for bidding of HVAC related projects.
-Process Routine Maintenance notification and converting to work order including the material planning such as Direct Charge (DC), Local Purchase Request (LPR), Business to Business (B2B) and Aramco Stock Material through System Application and Product (SAP).
-Prepare Bid proposals for MEP EPC contract bidding.
-Analyze and interpret plans, drawings, specifications, pay attention to details and perform estimates based on the project requirements.
-Prepare quantity take-off with detail item description.
-Analyze, prepare and oversees the overall costing of each project.
-Prepare and process contracts per project.
-Conducts regular costing reviews for all projects in order to assess its strengths and areas for improvement.
-Conducts costing assessment for customers in collaboration with sales.
-Coordinate with suppliers and clients for issues regarding material submittals and updated prices.
-Develop new product starting from design conceptualization up to product launching.
-Designing of Air Handling Unit, Roof top package unit, Condensing Unit, Fan Coil Unit using Autocadd and Pro Engr. Software Program.
-Study and recommend product improvement of design and probable cost savings.
-Prepare and revise drawings when engineering change required.
-Prepare costing of product.
-Review factory orders in compliance with applicable standards, customer requirements and sound engineering principles.
-Assist in resolving technical production issues on products.
-Prepare documents required for the projects including drawings, purchased part specifications, procedures, bill of materials and other documents required for the manufacturing of products.
-Responsible for providing technical support to Sales and Marketing, Warranty Service, Quality Control, Production Department and Customers as needed.
-Assist Purchasing Department in sourcing components and raw material, providing specifications and evaluating quality of vendors.
-Conduct internal quality audit for the company quality management system.

-Study and recommend product improvement of design and probable cost savings.
-Review and check engineering drawing before issuance to production and quality control department.

-Monitor and ensure compliance with EH&S issues, including Process Safety Management (PSM) standard for the applicable processes.
-Investigate and troubleshoot plant issues. Oversee, review and bring to the attention of management various deviations from expectation so appropriate reaction/correction can occur. Develop recommendations for correcting plant issues.
-Supervises assignments in staffing, scheduling, coordinating, and planning of personnel engaged in manufacturing and engineering activities.
-Recommend measures to improve methods, performance and quality of product or service to increase production efficiency.
-Conduct periodic review of existing tooling, fixtures, and gages and define / implement cost effective replacements as technology requires.
-Compute Heat load calculation.
-Sizing and lay out of supply duct, return duct, fresh air duct and exhaust duct.
-Sizing and lay out of chilled water pipes, water cooled pipes and direct expansion pipes.
-Sizing and selection of HVAC equipment, grilles, diffusers, etc.
-Compute Static Pressure for duct and corresponding fan motor size.
-Compute Total Dynamic Head of pipe and corresponding pump motor size.
