Duties and Responsibilities as Senior Electrical Engineer
→ Coordinating with client and subcontractor → Request materials as per site requirement and Approved MAR → Reviews Contract → Checking and certifying progress payments → Check personnel, equipment and material cost for all variation orders and change orders required under the terms of contract → Review, comment and approve the subcontractors shop drawings → Prepare and follow up the project planning together with site engineers → Review Engineering Plans, specification, project schedules, design, circuit diagrams → Responsible for the quality of the electrical projects delivered i.e. Panel Boards, breakers, Motors, Generators and etc. → Organize, programmed and prepare shop drawings for electrical system to enable clear information to be issued to the site construction team → Preparation of all Electrical Submittal and Inspections → Supervise installation of all electrical works → Estimate Electrical Quantity of Materials and cost to be used for the project → Send inquiry to multiple supplier and vendors to compare prices, delivery timing, payment terms and as per approved specification → Updating Project control sheet to monitor total local purchase made.
