- Ensure margin maintenance, timely pay-in of funds and securities to the exchanges
- Responsible for resolution of all operational issues faced by clients, branches, franchisees, sub-brokers, custodians
- Co-ordination with various software vendors to mitigate software related issues and ensuring continuous improvement of service delivery to various stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with regulations released by the regulators, exchanges from time to time
- Project Manager - IT & Operations, Derivatives Segment- looked after the Front-end system enhancements and ensuring daily settlements
