Overall Control of inbound and outbound Operations, reporting directly to WH Manager.
Allocating Warehouse Assistant for all deliveries required by customer, ensuring all of them has their own scope of work.
Monitor emails, Delivery request and meet the target date as per the customer requirement.
Arrange vehicle, forklift, trucks, and labors for specially those direct deliveries to site.
Access Client ERP to shift the Local Delivery Note, in order to move it out of WH inventory.
Calculating warehouse storage for assigned client in monthly/daily/per shipment basis and sending invoice to the client for payments.
Monitor drivers as per as required schedule of delivery.
Execute Warehouse inventory every quarter; give assistance to customer for all the requirements.
Billing and closing of jobs per delivery transaction
Receive pre-alert from shipping lines/global agent networks and sales regarding for import shipments.
Ensure import arrival notices are dispatched to clients well in advance. Raising of invoice and close the Job.
Receive all related documents from client, and securing deposit in case of unavailability of any original docs.
Coordinate with respective shipping line/ Monitor ATA ETA/Getting the freight charges and BL status prior collection of Delivery Order.
Updating customers about shipment status.
Prepares cheque request payable to Shipping line and DP World using Flotilla Systems.
Coordinate with clearance team for collection of Delivery Order from shipping line/agents and ensure DO validity.
Passing the Bill of Entry/ Declaration under e-Mirsal 1 or e-Mirsal 2.
Coordinate with transport division and client for delivery of shipments/Locations and timings of delivery and ensures empty containers are return back to port.
Ensure that all the relevant data is captured and entered into the Flotilla System.
Ensure complete documents are submitted to customs within 2 working days after passing Bill of Entry.
Monitor Standing Guarantee/deposit to customs.
Carry out inspections of goods as per customs standard procedure (DNATA, Jebel Ali, Port Rashid)
Posting all relevant expenses/freight/transportation/local charges to systems and maintaining the revenue above margin.
Receiving Export inquiry/instructions from client/Overseas Agent.
Coordinating from lines getting freight sales/ vessel details/ETA-ETD/Cut off time/sailing date/ Transit time.
Coordinate with the client about vessel details/ETA-ETD/Cut off time/sailing date/ Transit time.
Booking of cargo for LCL/ getting release of container if it’s FCL.
Coordinate with client/ transporter/shipper for loading of container and keep both the transporter and shipper aware of cut-off time at terminal.
Arrangement of collections of Goods and documents from shipper. Preparation of Invoice and Packing list in case we are the shipper.
Prepares of BL instructions according from shippers’ document and forwarding the same to shipping lines to get BL draft.
Arrangement for the collection of original BL from shipping lines and delivering to client/shipper. Or sending message to shipping lines if the shipper wants to surrender the original BLs.
Carry out inspection as per Jebel Ali Customs, Port Rashid Rashid Customs, and DNATA if required.
