- Conduct strategic searching from different sourcing portals such as job boards, social
media, networking and referrals for the following levels: Mid, Senior and Team Lead.
- Responsible for end-to-end recruitment of all JAVA requisitions (source, pre-screening
through phone call, conduct initial interviews and endorse candidates to internal and
external client interviews.
- Responsible in creating sourcing techniques: Boolean searching and other sourcing
parameters. To perform Job posting in Company Website, LinkedIn, Monster, Jobstreet,
Facebook and other social media pages.
- Account management: joining calibration, follow-ups on candidate status
- Candidate Management: Foster long-term relationships with candidates.
- Review and understand Technical job requirements.
- Worked on other Mid Level IT technical roles for our partner clients.
- Meet the target number of daily/weekly/monthly recruits for loading requirements of the
company.
- Maintain a resume database of pooled qualified applicants and candidates lined-up.
- Provide necessary assistance in updating records of candidates status in Zoho (company
portal).
• Help / Support clients to find suitable candidate to fill their vacancies.
• Understand and research about requirements.
• Active Sourcing and widening network and pool of candidates
• Identifies potential candidates by utilizing websites, internal databases, social media, referrals, job fairs, and other creatives networking techniques.
• Managed candidate call-outs, phone screening, interview scheduling and follow-ups; conducted interviews

• Coordinate and arrange candidates’ interview and/or exam schedules
• Create and Update own candidate database for monitoring and for future reference

• Handle positions from rank and file / managerial.

• Coordinates with the Recruitment Manager regarding New Job Order from Clients
• Posts the requirement in all sourcing channels (Databases, Job Portals, Social Media, Job Fairs & Referrals)
• Screen and select qualified CVs for Initial Interview
• Endorse the coded CVs to the Client for their advance screening
• Organizing interviews for candidates as requested by the client
• Briefing the candidates about the duties and responsibilities of the job
• Proper monitoring of the candidates for Final Interview
• Email Client regarding the application status of the endorsed candidates
• Inform the candidates regarding their application status (passed or failed)
• Inform the passers to comply their pre-employment requirements
• Endorse the passer to the HR Team for Company Orientation and Contract Signing
• Prepare Weekly, Monthly and Annual report and submit it on time
• Assist and monitor Recruitment Associate in researching additional positing options
• Responsible for implementing different recruitment channels and sources
