• Assist Warehouse Manager Supervisor with group leadership
Responsibilities and managing inventory accuracy
• Conducts analysis and investigation on inventory variances
• Maintain Min-Max Inventory on buy parts raw material and Consigned Warehouse
initiates kitting, inventory control monitoring of materials.
• Checks and ensures completion of various operation on job allocation.
• Monitor’s status of Work Orders and controls aging WO’s at warehouse
• Assists on 8D and CAR completion
• Assists and monitors all warehouse process such as kitting, receiving,
Packaging and raw material preparation
• Prepares weekly schedule and job allocation
• Performs special projects and other duties as requested
• In all Areas of responsibilities, incumbent is responsible in demonstrating integrity in its business dealing with people & organization and should operate consistent to its corporate highest ethical standard.
Assigned personnel for each work to be given.
Maintaining the good practice of 5'S
Checking the Manpower Schedule
Checking Daily Delivery Report
Checks materials and supplies to needed in warehouse each
month.
Delivery planning from time-to-time.
Checks if all items for delivery to be on-time with its scheduled deadline.
Ensure that the goods quantities (with correct barcodes) are accurately declared in the Delivery Schedule prior to its delivery to the customer.
Checks Internet Issuance Document System used by (SAMSUNG) our customer
Checks Delivery Receipt and Invoice for items to be delivered.
Advice production in-advance about the needed delivery of items to avoid any unwanted delay.
Good in warehouse administration/ inventory / stock monitoring.
Computer literate especially in warehouse process system.
Ensure accuracy of goods received / dispatch in accordance to the customer’s orders.
Plans the route of truck depending on the time, location, and priority of materials to be deliver to customers.
