-Coordination of in-flight commissary requirements, ground handling, customs/immigration paperwork, ground transportation and other support services through the emails/phone calls/SITAmessages.
-Coordination of sourcing and contractual activities with third party vendors.
-Applying for landing and over-flight permissions to Civil aviation authorities.
-Providing of backup assistance to Aviation department team members as necessary.
-Answering to all incoming calls/emails/faxes etc.
-Welcoming of the customers; identifying of their needs through asking questions; recommending and demonstrating of appropriate products and link products; closing of the sale; following up with regular customers; dealing with customer complaints.
-Merchandising of products as per JW guidelines
-Maintenance of housekeeping standards, including window displays.
-Checking of stock Levels to maintain optimum stock levels.
-Receiving and control of shipments.
-To ensure that all merchandise is in good condition by matching the pricing list.
-Negotiation with clients.
-Searching for automotive spare parts and IT accessories suppliers.
-Purchasing and consolidating of all required goods.
-Logistics.
-Reporting to the manager on a daily basis.
-Monthly budgeting.
