The project scope Incorporates Two Contracts:
I) Quay wall Construction Contract
foundation up to 40 meter depth including Diaphragm wall, piles, and superstructure “QW deck structure including front/rear capping beams and perpendicular girders under the precast/cast in situ slab and grouted anchors for quay wall structure stability - Marine furniture (Bollard/Fenders..)
II) Onshore works Contract
Including infrastructure for electrical and mechanical networks (Drainage/Sewage/Storm Water) - finishing of stacking areas - administration and services buildings construction - finishing works)
Supervising & execute the following:
concrete works
finshing works
survey & land scape
high level finishing works materials (flooring/ceiling/painting/doors & windows)
