Duties and Responsibilities:
•Handles the operation / maintenance activities of synthetic natural gas plant, transmission, distribution and all sub-systems.
•Follow and complete all routine & safety related inspection, patrolling and documentation.
•Check process parameters and continuously analyze process condition to maintain optimal plant operation.
•Continuously monitor condition of running & online equipment and able to identify abnormalities that may arise during the course of the shift.
•Management of product inventory, delivery and storage, oversee tank filling & decanting operation.
•Follows and ensures implementation of standard operational procedures in control room, tank farm & all facilities during the shift.

EMAAR Downtown Gas Farm - LPG Storage Tanks Operation

Duties and Responsibilities:
•Monitor Tank Farm process instruments for Pressure, Temperature, Tank Level, and Flow Etc. and ensures the periodic logging of parameters for smooth and efficient running of the tank farm and the equipment.
•Controls and monitor PLC panels for various major equipment such as the LPG Vaporizers, LPG Pump, Gas Detection system, Fire Alarm system, HMI interface and look out for any abnormalities, fault or leak and report immediately to supervisor for initiating its repair works.
•Receive liquid propane delivery, prepare the tanks for filling and unload the product with accordance to the Standard Operating Procedures and Manual.
•Implement and comply with all functional policies, process, system, standards and procedures to accomplish operational objectives.

Plant Field Operator at Taiyo Nippon Sanso Philippines

•Handles the Operation, Corrective, Preventive and Predictive Maintenance Activities on 15, 700 MMG Air Separation Plant comprising of Cooling Water System, Reverse Osmosis Water Purifier, Main Air Compressor (1800kW), Freon Refrigerant Unit, Feed/ Recycle Nitrogen Compressor (6500kW), Molecular Sieve Adsorbers, Warm/ Cold Expansion Turbines, Argon Purification Skid, and Product Cryogenic Transfer Pumps.
•Hands-on in the Operations and Maintenance of Distributed Control System (DCS), Delta V Automation System, Scada Electrical Management, Programmable Logic Controllers(PLC); Motor Circuit Stations and Plant Electrical System.
•Technically knowledgeable in the air cryogenic/ rectification and expansion processes and operations.
•Coordinates with Plant Production Managers on impending and on-going plant operation activities, energy monitoring, efficiency monitoring, and other plant abnormalities.
•Assist in the operation of Air Separation Plant at high efficiency to produce Liquid Oxygen, Liquid Nitrogen and Liquid Argon at acceptable quality and maintain plant machines and equipment in good operating condition.
•Perform Daily Plant Monitoring on Logsheet/Logbooks, Product Withdrawal, Operation Inventory and Plant Efficiencies.
•Performs and update calibration of quality instrumentation analyzers.
•Reports to shift Supervisor / Production Managers of any plant abnormality corrective action and adjustment during the shift.
•Assist the Plant Maintenance Team in performing preventive maintenance work on machineries and equipment of the Air Separation Plant.
•Records the plant performance and adjustment undertaken activities in the logsheet/logbook.
•updates all concerned documentation and certification on accreditation and trainings.
•Perform other task that may be assigned by the immediate superior.
