- Entertain and screen calls from clients and give them proper information and instructions if it is needed.
- Answer the phone promptly and use the guest’s name throughout the phone conversation.
- Provide detailed descriptions of services, packages, facility features and hours of operation.
- Take notes and remind all appointments booked.
- Maintain proper filling and database of relevant client's information such as full name, contact number, time of schedule, as well as the particular person they wanted to do base on their schedule.
- Handle guests’ questions and concerns professionally and courteously.
- Maintain a positive attitude and contribute toward a quality work environment.
- Assist in all areas of spa operation as requested by management.
- Communicate to management any and all occurrences involving staff or guests in the spa that require attention.
- Cooperates with other staff and as much as possible be patient towards co employee.
- Prepare all the reports to be submitted weekly basis and daily basis.
