DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
 To produce complete structural analyses/calculations and drawings of pipe racks/equipment structures, shelters, warehouses with overhead cranes, table tops(for various plants like Petroleum Refining, Petrochemicals & Chemical Plant, LNG Plant, Offshore Plant, etc.) in steel and reinforced/pre-stressed concrete based on various international codes (AISC, ACI, ASCE, UBC, IBC, BS, EN, AIJ, JIS, etc.) and using the latest 3D structural software such as Kozo-system software (Japanese software), StaadProv8i, Tekla Xsteel, among others as per clients’ preference
 To produce drawings and stability and design calculations of foundations (pile or on-soil) for pipe racks/structures, shelters, warehouses with overhead cranes, and/or foundations for equipment (horizontal/vertical heat exchangers, vessels, reactors, etc.)
 To provide special calculations for seismic evaluation and vibration analysis of structures and blast-resistant design
 To produce standard or special drawing details and calculations for structural steel connections and reinforced concrete.
 To provide clash checking of pipes on pipe rack/structure using 3D Model Review Software such as Navisworks and PDMS.

 To produce calculations and designs for steel connections that are part of buildings and structures using AISC’s LRFD/ASD methodology

 To review shop drawings for conformance with connection design and mark up with hand and/or Adobe Acrobat Editor non-conforming items
 Lead the design team for making and updating internal standard steel connection details and calculations using Excel/MathCad software
