Achievements:
As SPOC for West Bengal & 8 Northeast states of India, I've been successful in getting the states government and other institutions/organizations to collaborate with us in related to trainings, workshops, knowledge sharing, etc and have received a "Letter of Appreciation" from the Government of Manipur. Also had the privilege of been a judge of an art competition in one of the hospital during the World Hospice Palliative Care Day celebration. I was a part of the IAPCON 2020 organizing committee team held at Guwahati, Assam (IAPCON is International Conference of Indian Association of Palliative Care). I have been a part of the team for the health indicators to measure the Palliative Care development in LMICs (Lower Middle Income Countries). Coordinated with National Health System Resource Centre (NHSRC) of the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Govt of India for identifying champions and experts from Northeast India for the Palliative Care state level trainings. Creation of IEC materials for the different target groups in Palliative Care.
TERRIER works on the Skill Development Programme "Pradhan Mantri Kaushal Vikas Yojana" (PMKVY) which is the flagship scheme of the Ministry of Skill Development & Entrepreneurship (MSDE). The objective of this Skill Certification Scheme is to enable a large number of Indian youth to take up industry-relevant skill training that will help them securing a better livelihood.
A pattern of very strict 'Due Diligence' has to be followed up in this programme which is laid out by the Government of India.
• I was responsible for the overall operational excellence and to provide leadership & direction to the operations team.
• Effectively implemented the sourcing & mobilization strategies to ensure that the training centers are operating well.
• Reviewed the audit reports with the management team and closure of all issues logged during the audit drives.
• Monitored, Investigated and reviewed Skill Development training centers in coordination with Operation Head, Placements in-charge, Quality assurance team & MIS Head.
• Worked closely with the state and the central government. Attended review meets. Presented
and submitted reports to the state and central government.

• Took the initiative to sign MoU with the States. Gain consensus within the states (Ministry of Health, Hospitals, NGOs, etc).
• I've developed, plan, oversee and lead the 8 states programme of Northeast by successfully opening up multiple centres in the regions.
• Discovered wins, challenges and opportunities to grow the programme by conducting a needs analysis with key stakeholders and partners.
