- Great Place to Work submission: Great Places to Work is a renowned research organization that delivers rankings, which identify the world’s best work places. Managed the entire submission from collation of data and liasoning with managers to produce a 600 page docket highlighting best practices of DHL. DHL won the 1st place for 2013.
- Health Wellness Programs : Organised wellness programs with different providers to create ‘healthy life’ culture and giving opportunities to employees who are too busy for regular check ups, discussion with doctors on programs such as Respiratory Illness, Diabetes, BP, Stress, Breast Cancer, Nutrition etc
- Employee Recognition (Employee of the Month program): Managed the process of selecting monthly winners for different categories according to Key Indices
- Annual Employee of the Year Recognition Program 2013 and Annual Employee Party: The most awaited annual event of the year where the company’s best performers are selected. Was involved in management of the whole process from preparation of the scoring questionnaire, liasoning with the senior management for finalizing winners. - To lead the recruitment with effective talent sourcing strategies across diverse roles

- Continual co-ordination with managers to plan and proactively manage the internal and external manpower requirements. Plan and run internal/external assessment centres based on the requirements
- To manage back to back recruitment with Kenexa, Active Recruiter software, later with in house software - job posting, resume filtering, screening, interview and offer process on the software
- To provide comprehensive reports to record cost of recruitment, source, cost of advertisements and retention periods of new hires. To support additional reporting as required by the HR Operations Manager
