Successfully implemented a custom ERP solution to the group by analyzing every process in the organization by
designing the work-flow and coordinating with the developers. Wrote program codes on Python Programming Language to
integrate IoT devices with ERP to analyze and execute signals and triggers. Migrated all web application and email services
to Amazon Cloud (AWS) thereby reducing the TCO to a greater extent. Implemented private cloud for storage networks to
increase data privacy and to reduce latency issues. Implemented ERP for MasterSkip Services LLC (Waste Management
Company, also a part of Middle East Group), with integrated mobile app for waste management operation. The total
service is hosted in Amazon EC2.
Middle East Group is spanned over the MEA Region and Indian Subcontinent with around 37 offices. We integrated
Virtual PBX system to enhance voice communication network to each and every office making a Closed User Group(CUG)
while UAE network satisfies all TRA VOIP Regulatory Policy Ver 2.0.
Implemented Open source Document Management System, and a federated cloud network to process thousands of
documents thereby reducing the paper consumption. One of the most successful projects in SOS HR Solutions was the linux
adoption. We migrated all desktop Operating Systems from Microsoft Windows to Linux and gave constant user training.
This increases the total productivity of the users and also it helps to increase stability, malware protection and at the same
time by reducing the TCO. Implemented Security camera on most of the offices with a centralized viewing system in UAE
