• Responsible for identifying non-conformities of works and proposed corrective actions ensuring that is being done properly and correctly during re-construction.
• Witness all test on reinforcement bar, soil and concrete to be performed by 3rd party.
• Responsible for the inspection of delivery of construction material insuring that this material is conformed to the project specification, standards and approved manufacturer.
• Attend weekly quality and construction coordination meeting to resolve issue about nonconformance report, technical query, design changes etc.
• Responsible for the supervision, inspection and implementation of approved quality standards and procedures during construction on all phases of Civil, Structural and Architectural Works.
• To assist Construction Managers with the preparation of the required Method Statements, and in particular working closely with the safety manager.
• Ensure that Quality Control Procedures are being followed and implemented properly.
• Responsible for identifying non-conformities of works and proposed corrective actions ensuring that is being done properly and correctly during re-construction.
• To ensure all Method Statements, Inspection & Test Plans have been approved and are progressing as planned.
