As an assistant sales executive, i'm the one who contact between our clients and organization, answering queries, offering advice and introducing new products, Maintaining accurate records and negotiating contracts.
Suggesting sales products to the customers.
Introduce new sales products.
Count money in cash drawer at the beginning of shifts to ensure that amounts are correct and that there is adequate change.
Offers customers carry-out service at the completion of transactions.
Compute and record totals of transactions.
Calculate total payments received during a time period and reconcile this with total sales.
Coordinate and prepare all program requirements for all training programs in coordination with the Component Manager including
o Training supplies
o Venue and venue arrangements (meals, conference arrangement, etc.
o Hand-outs/handbooks/workbooks, etc.
Do workshop/program management for actual program runs/events
Coordinate administrative details/requirements of training with government counterpart
Supervise the accomplishment of training instruments including pre/post tests, after training evaluation instruments, etc.
Provide administrative support to technical officers as may be assigned by the Office Manager
Assist with commodity procurement, inventory, and general logistics
Assist the technical officers in arranging travel, and hotel accommodations for project related travel
Receive all incoming calls and forwards them as appropriate
Receive and attend to visitors of the project office ensuring that the reception desk is consistently covered during work hours
Provide typing and encoding services for the project as requested
Process and distribute all incoming mail, correspondence and pouches and prepares outgoing international mail pouches and release of checks to suppliers
Serve as office supplies custodian ensuring adequate supplies are always on hand through an effective logistics inventory system.
Arrange schedule of project driver and use of vehicle.
Perform other duties as required.
Supply proper materials to system ask and when required.
Monitor material systems for fault-free operations.
Secure lifting attachments to material to convey to destination.
Organizing, sorting and categorizing merchandise to maximize the efficiency of warehouse.
Highly skilled in loading and unloading material within a warehouse facility.
Update record in data base and do inventory at the end of the month.
