*Pre-qualification of new contractors.
This company was active in specialist jobs such as Marking works ( such as Road markings, Airport runway markings, Formula I race track markings etc) using both thermoplastic and chlorinated rubber paints, Construction of Sports facilities (such as Tennis courts, Squash courts, Basketball courts, Volleyball courts, Football courts etc), Sports flooring (such as PU flooring, PVC flooring, wooden flooring etc), Crash barriers (such as Tensioned corrugated, Untensioned, Open box beam etc), Fencing works (such as Chainlink, Palisade, Apex fencing etc), Kee Klamp fittings...

*Marketing the business activities.
*Getting new projects through regular followup and most importantly through personnel relationships.
*Was able to win many prestiguous specialist projects and got it executed on time with high profit rates.

*Ordering and tracking all overseas consignments.
*Managing the crew allotted for the department in various projects through project supervisors.
