• Manpower Planning.
• Managing all the Recruitment functions and activities.
• Conducting Interviews.
• Preparing HR Policies & Procedures for Lifecare Hospital Group as per the United Arab Emirates Labour Law.
• Well versed with Health Authority Abu Dhabi licensing procedures.
• Coordinate the processing of HAAD license application for medical staff and the documentation for the hospital.
• Managing and co-ordinating the visa processing and other MOL & Immigration related works with the P.R.O.
• Preparing job descriptions.
• Orientation & Training Policies.
• Inductions to all new joiners.
• Managing and ensuring about the proper Human Resources Filing & Documentation.
• Process and Coordinate payroll.

Reporting to HR Manager / Senior HR Officer with following responsibilities:
Prepare database of CV’s received and forward it to concerned departments after registering each CV as per the profile and job category.
Short listing the CV’s as per Manpower requests received and duly approved by the functional head and scheduling interviews.
Correspondence with candidate, agreement on joining date.
Ensuring compliance to contract agreements and completing joining formalities.
Prepare all the necessary documentations for Security Clearance and obtaining employment visa.
Overseeing travel arrangements, forwarding arrival notifications to the transportation department, Marhaba booking, initial accommodation arrangement at the company camp, hotel or guest house.
Comprehensive Staff HSE Inductions on joining date. Issuance of Induction plan, organizing the HR Induction.
Master Updates (WHRMS) for new employees joining in Staff/post revisions.
Employee personal file completion (all relevant certificates, manpower requisition forms, interviewer’s comments, etc.
Coordination with PRO for medical check-up, Visa stamping, Emirates Id etc.
Coordination with payroll for any claim approvals.
Undertakes any other administrative duties commensurate with the grade and as requested.
Sending indications to each and every candidate updating their interview result (success/ regret letter).
Facilitate & conduct New Employee Orientation Programmes.
Assisting HR Manager for achieving recruitment target for Emaratization - Special Assignment.
Reporting to HR & Admin Supervisor with following responsibilities:
• Pre-screening, short listing & undertaking preliminary interview (Telephonic, Face-to-face).
• Ensuring compliance to contract agreements and completing joining formalities.
• Company - ID card preparation, and request to IT for allocation of Desktop or Laptop as per requirement.
• Request to facilities administrator for intimation of new joiner and mobile phone, SIM card arrangement, intercom lines, office space etc.
• Overseeing travel arrangements, Marhaba booking, LPO correspondence initial accommodation arrangement at the hotel or guest house.
• Comprehensive Staff HSE Inductions on joining date. Issuance of Induction plan, organizing the HR Induction.
• Coordination with PRO for medical check-up, Visa stamping, Emirates Id etc.
• Managing group medical coverage for employees, including premium & benefits negotiation.
• Coordination with payroll and Insurer representatives for any claim approvals.
• Responsible for arranging workmen’s compensation policy in general or for specific projects.
• Assisting Accommodation Co-ordinator in Labour accommodation and associated requirements.
• Prepares Salary transfer letters, Consulate Letters, Transfer Notification forms and Transfer Letters, Loan Letters; Coordinates for signature and issuance, Filing etc.
• Exit Formalities, No dues form, repatriation arrangements, ensuring timely departure.
• Follows up with accounts on a monthly basis for all HRA advances approved, relocation allowance, leave salary, tickets reimbursement, school fees, full and final settlement for resigned employees, new joiners cash/HRA advance, deposits, HR Invoice payments to vendors.
• Documentation for Internal Transfers, Bank Loans, NOC, Consulate letters, Increment, Offer letters, service contracts, probations forms and confirmation letters.
• Bank account opening related coordination with payroll.
