• Planning, ensuring effective utilisation of visa clearances.
• Monitoring and reviewing the hiring status and Omanisation plan with Business Heads on a monthly basis. Making necessary changes to the hiring plan as per the need.
• Training and managing the team members to deliver the expected results. Measuring the team’s performance against pre-set targets and SLAs to ensure compliance / increase productivity.
• Verifying and ensuring all-level salary fitment as per the salary structure.
