Pre-checking of clearing documents
Clearance of Ocean Import and Transfer of Ownership documents
Filing of submission and non-submission documents.
Checking pending and suspended jobs from Dubai Trade.
Providing timely feedback regarding cleared documents and pending jobs for clearance.
Update system tracker.
• Perform and implement all custom clearance activities in accordance with the objectives, policies and procedures
• Provides timely feedback to Customers on the sequence of events
• Assist the Shipping coordinators in the operational process
• Following up with Opreation department and Clients for reception of complete set of shipping documents for customs clearance purposes, and ensure its compliance Coordinating with the Clearing Agents and prepare supporting documents required for clearance
• Following up with the transporter(s) to ensure on time & complete delivery of cleared shipments
• Keeping records and track of all documents.
• Completing document required for Customs inspection/ Dubai Municipality.
• Answers call inquiries regarding service and product
• Troubleshoots technical matter by identifying & researching issue using computer system and escalate issues to management properly
• Follows up on customer inquiries not immediately resolved
• Meets Quality Assurance Requirements and other key performance metrics
• Maintain records of contact, accounts and orders
• On-the-job trainee at Chinese General Hospital Medical Center for three years • Punctual, courteous and patient with patients • Advocate of patients • Follows rules and regulations set by hospital
