● Rebranded Alfa Telecommunication's social media presence by creating guidelines for the content calendar in terms of communication territories, themes and tone of voice, allowing Alfa to become one of the top engaging brand pages in Lebanon.
● Led on Picon's social media strategy growing their Facebook page from 10, 000 to 120, 000+ fans in one year through activations, active community management, and campaign optimization - considered a Best in Class case for Lebanon, as one of the fastest growing and socially devoted FMCG Facebook pages.
● Handled the community management on the Crest "Spread the Smile" campaign - a P&G benchmark case for community management, resulting in more than 600, 000 unique visitors, over 17 million total hits, and 60, 000 mostly organic new fans in 6 weeks.
● Prepared monthly round up reports about developments and trends in the CEEMEA markets distributed to all P&G clients and Leo Burnett planners worldwide, used by all teams for preparing briefs and developing campaign ideas.
● Educated and mentored teams on digital trends, habits, best practices, and user experiences and interfaces, through bi-weekly agency wide talks and workshops; this resulted in growing the agency's overall digital practice and inspiring new creative approaches.
● Created and managed a user-generated content based photography blog and Facebook page where people submit pictures showcasing beautiful things found in their day to day lives.
● More than 3, 500 direct hits on the website, as well as approximately 12, 000 hits on Facebook page, with over 50 submissions.
● Managed relationships with IBM clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction, and helped in improving customer retention.
● Created two department training manuals, used in training programs for new employees in the accounts receivable department.
