Policies and Procedures
Collaborate with the HR Director issues on policies and procedures
Make and create HR policies on the best interest of the organization and employees and make necessary changes when needed, established and maintain good relationships between the management and employees; an advisor to the line managers and staff on the policies, employment contracts and other remployee related issues. Ensure that grievance and disciplinary proceedings are carried out within company policy and UAE Labour Law.
Performance Management
implement performance management systems within the organization, made guidelines to ensure that the Performance Management Cycle is met periodically, an advisor to the line managers on the performance management, administration and monitoring performance appraisals of employees and managers.
Training & Development
Develop training management system, guidelines and procedures, create and deliver employee induction program, provide ongoing advice and guidance to the business and HR on learning and development activity, negotiate with the training providers relating to training cost and method of delivery, deliver in-house training program through 3rd party contract, able to reduced training cost by approximately 15% .
Recruitment & Selection
screening, identifying, interviewing best viable candidate for the position, create job description for position new created and revises job description when needed, recomendation/feedback/analysis of the person vs position title and job role/fit, coordinate with line managers, conduct exit interview / redundancy procedures and collaborate with the recruitment agencies.
Employee Compensation
Reviewed employee compensation based on market rates and make necessary adjustment when needed.
Achievements
Implement HR Policies and Procedures, Approved Performance Mgm't System and Guidelines, Training and Development Procedures and Employee Termination Policy
• Recruitment (advertising, short-listing, interview coordination, signing of offers - liaising with management on salary ranges, contracts, onboarding process)
• Employee Relations (advising employees with any queries they may have)
•Talent Management (identifying training needs, managing succession planning activities including the coordination of employee nominations and the development of talent profiles)
• Compensation and Benefits (conducting salary surveys, producing reports, presenting findings to the HR Manager, conducting salary grading, preparing, revising and implementing job descriptions in line with grading structures and rolling out to the organisation to ensure consistency across the organisation)

• Reward and Recognition (analysing the organisation’s recognition programme and identifying better reward for employees)
