o Setting strategies to support centers’ growth.
 Insure workers’ satisfaction by maintaining good quality service and effective reinforcements
 Coordinate and Organize systems for continuous training programs, workshops and informative lectures for better quality of service delivery
 Setting clear visions, goals and strategic plans to direct a team of 16 Workers and volunteers
o Marketing Director and Coordinator for all center related activities and Charitable image
o Involved in general day-to-day business and management operations.
o Responsible for purchasing and receiving all forms of shipments related to the center
o Manage all sponsorship and support requirements to help establish and empower the right image of disability.
o Translate all verbal meetings and written documents on daily bases
- Major Events include:-
o The Launching of “Kids Go Green” Environmental Awareness Campaign led by Disabled children, that teaches kids the joy of taking less and giving more to the environment.
 Beach Cleanup - 2009 \ Recycling - 2011
o Annual Exhibitions that support Special Needs in Kuwait:
 Working Hard to Improve Your Selection - 2009 & 2010
 Latest Technology Exhibition - 2010
o Annual / Monthly Festivals and National Celebrations related to the centers’ scheduled programs
