RESPONSIBILITIES
- develop visually rich e-learning programs for the consulting company
- collaborate with the international team involve in the project
- daily monitor office emails and skype for client's instructions and revisions
- solid research for the project to appropriately match the design brief
SKILLS
-design collaterals from print to web: book, manual, flyers, brochures, posters, standees, letterheads, calling cards etc
- creates logos for new projects and events
- use program skills and design proficiency to develop graphical solutions
RESPONSIBILITIES
- review job instructions to know requirements of art production
- check & edit files provided by the client according to SGS standard printer specs
- QC all finished work using SOPs, checklist and time manager
- communicate with the CSR and artist (TEAM) globally through email/skype about job status, updates & instruction discrepancy
- when handling off jobs to co-workers/ next shift, clearly transfer any information for them to complete the job
- participate in team/ company meetings
SKILLS
- prepress ready artwork (trap, bleed, knockout, printermarks, etc)
- reprographics, imposition in die & vector art
- match design plans and ensure print looks as the client intended it
- collaborate with the international team involve in the project
- qc/ quality control: correct any formatting errors, proofreading & checking the whole document for accuracy and visual impact
- problem solving on confusing instructions of international clients
