Assist the Area Manager and Engineers in preparing quotation, letters, correspondence and any other related documents.
Prepares daily, weekly and monthly reports.
Prepares sales invoice as per Contract Agreement/Purchase Order.
Ensures that all submitted invoices to clients are attached with all supporting documents and properly acknowledgement for the invoice delivery.
Periodic update of statement of accounts for clients and collection follow up as per payment terms.
Prepares Local purchase order, purchase voucher and ensures that all the purchase bills are approved by the person in-charge.
Prepares payment after reconciling the statement of account from vendor and release payment against proper receipt.
Ensures that all job files are properly maintained
Performs a variety of administrative duties, maintaining computer based and paper files, answering office inquiries.
Performs any combination of the following: calculating, posting and verifying financial data for accounting records.
Prepares daily and monthly collection report.
Handles all check and cash disbursements; ensure proper verification prior to Management approval, secure proofs of receipt/disbursement.
Assist in preparing student and faculty daily class schedules.
Perform other tasks as needed
