Senior Facilities Manager / Operation Manager
Main Duties: Tendering, Organizing and Planning essential central services such as MEP and Civil maintenance, security, archiving, cleaning, waste disposal, landscaping, and many other services.
• Prepare tender for multiple scale projects, including commercial and technical preparation.
• Negotiate quotations and proposals from Suppliers and Subcontractors in order to get the best prices without affecting the quality of services.
