Key Responsibilities:
Strategic, Organizational and Business responsibilities
Manage and oversee the department Strategic Plan on an annual basis ensuring its coherence with the overall company strategic plan.
Ensuring that the department financial targets are met, As well as overseeing the department operational budget expenditure.
Responsible for CMMI Level 3 Model Interpretation & Application so as to insure processes application.
Participate in external and local forums, including cross-industry and international conferences.
Prepare reports on market analysis, competitor analysis and market trends
Initiate marketing strategies and coordinate actions to influence the sales and market share.
Manage and maintain products marketing materials, including leaflets, posters, flyers, newsletters, e-newsletters.
Clients Management
Continually define ways to increase client satisfaction and deepen client relationships.
Responsible for all client communications, conflict resolution, and compliance on client deliverables
Internal Department Operations
Review status reports of Project Managers and Senior Managers and addresses issues as appropriate.
Lends expertise to internal teams and task forces.
Ensuring optimum utilization of the IT resources of the department.
Projects Management
Managing projects within the department.
Supporting individual projects by providing advice and guidance regarding project governance, management and benefits realization.
Providing a quality assurance role ensuring that project are well managed and adhering to appropriate standards and good practice.
Products Management
Guide and complete the marketing tasks in support of Product Marketing efforts (e.g. Demos).
Contribute to the products roadmap and contribute to the strategic goals working with the research part of the business to figure out new products or services.
