• Set up the EMERSON- Appleton Group Factory Quality Management System as per ISO 9001:2015
• Set up the EMERSON- Appleton Group Factory work station with the manufacturing planning, local and international purchasing as well as the required training for the technicians.
• Carry out stage 1 Audit and stage 2 audit for ISO9001:2015.
• Conduct Management Review Meeting to asses QMS performance and opportunity for improvements.
• Establishes and maintains the Production Quality Assurance as per IECEx/ATAX standard.
• Monitors and assesses supplier’s performance.
• Carry out in-process inspection as required.
• Carry out receiving inspection as per sampling plan.
• Carry out inspections at sub-supplier place.

• Identifies and manages continuous improvement projects with the objective of achieving quality, reliability and cost improvements
• Set up IPI and inspection requirements for UL, IEC and CSA international standards and certifications.
• Coordinate with the global parent plants quality division on quality and technical matters.

• Drive alignment to the Global Quality Management System whilst maintaining local business requirements.
• Responsible for Aramco Approval activity and requirements for the manufacturing division such as, compliance statements for the SAMSS, SAES, submission and following up.
• Plan, conduct and monitor testing and inspection of the explosion proof materials such as lighting fixture, panel board, junction box and explosion proof switch rack and other products to ensure finished product quality.
• Plan the Inspection and Test Plan as per the client instruction and international standards such as NEC, IEEE, IEC, UL, IECex, CSA & ATEX etc…
• In cooperation with the global Quality Organization and local site management, obtain & manage the ISO certificate for Saudi Arabia.
• Promote the consistent implementation and alignment to the QMS standards, processes and procedures.
• Look for continuous improvement opportunities and best practice in all processes and procedures, and work to share these across the business.
• Drive the internal audit program and coach local internal auditors, ensure auditing standards are maintained.
• Maintain QA records as appropriate on the Factory.
• Drive the adoption of QA processes procedures and tools.
• Act as the Quality Advocate for the corrective actions raised.
• Drive Internal and Customer Corrective Action life cycle status to the targets set by the business and the QA department.
• Report Corrective Action process noncompliance to the business, functional and work with them to resolve persistent issues.
• Coach the business users in the use of QA processes and tools.
• Ensure the organization has the knowledge and skill required to follow the QA processes by arranging training, awareness & refresher sessions.
• Work with the business owners to improve the consistency of deliverables towards customers
• Support the Global Customer Survey programs for all business functions
• Listen to the specific needs of customers and represent their quality requirements and interests within the organization.
• Be the Management Representative to handle Customer and ISO certification audits; manage all required follow up actions.

Key Responsibilities:
•During projects construction, overseeing the installation and pre-commissioning of the instrumentation and Control Systems to ensure compliance with Saudi Aramco standard.
•Reviewing projects proposals and design drawings for efficient plant operation and compliance with Saudi Aramco standard and Proponent requirements


Job Role: QA/QC Engineer Electrical
Project: Saudi Aramco/SKEC WASIT Gas Plant Package #1
Key Responsibilities:
•Inspecting work for compliance with government electrical codes, company standards and performing quality inspection according to the project documentation.
•Conducting installation and inspection of conduits and cable trays prior for cable pulling and keep base in proper working order. Superintending power line construction and repair as required.
•Testing and inspecting new installations, modifications, or repairs, ensuring conformity to the contractual conditions and international standards.
•Studying and keeping current on the all-Electric Codes. Performing preventive maintenance inspection for continuity of cables prior for final termination and making sure they are all working as per design.
