• Cell layout of equipment, materials, and workspace to illustrate maximum efficiency
• Investment & Capacity Calculation-Estimate production cost and effect of product design changes for management review, action, and control.
• Identify & develop Fixture requirement, tools & test board for smooth production.
• Review Drawing, Time Study & Lead time calculation for new project
• Process Flow-Study operations sequence, material flow, functional statements, organization charts, and project information to determine worker functions and responsibilities.
• To conduct Internal Audit (ISO TS), 5S check for quality improvement.
• Manage the inventory to maximize the profit & Efficiency through controlling 7 wastages (Muda).
• Responsible for Coordinating with subordinates for continuous improvements in productivity, quality and cost reduction.
• Establish, Maintain, and Periodically Evaluate Key Performance Indicators also skill matrix
• Manpower planning according to Work Content (Cycle Time), daily production planning and prioritizing the sequence of production.
• Acts as a bridge between Management and Employee by presenting data.
Role
• To drive improvement related activities at shop floor using lean manufacturing.
• Prepare Mfg Layout during set up like cell concept, Process Flow design as per M/C capacity load Distribution
& Manpower calculation.
• Conference with vendors, customers, staff, and management personnel regarding purchase, procedures, product
specifications, manufacturing capabilities, and project status.
• TPM Training to employees also fixed Policy & Target for conducting internal audit
• WIP reduction with single piece flow & Pull system (Kanban).
• Preparing Work Instruction & Training material to develop awareness of TPS
• Preparing board with Jig & Fixture to make product in best possible to minimize way .
• Organizing Of Internal Kaizen Event, Internal Quality Circle competition.
• Meeting: Communicate with Board Member for Improvement aspect.
