Conduct a meeting with client in order to define and freeze the scope of work.
Define Resource Matrix, Cost Estimation and Project Schedule.
Hiring/ Coordinate with Engineering Contractor to prepare the Engineering Package for the Project.
Prepare Bid document and coordinate with Procurement Department to finalize the Vendor/ contractor for the Project.
COnduct Kick off meeting with Qualified Contractor with Construction team to finalize the construction Strategy In Detail.
Follow up and Monitor the Project progress and Project Quality.
Familiar with Testing and Commissioning Parameters and Project Close Out Procedures.
Role and Responsibility:
Prepare construction activity schedule and arrange and finalize resources for construction Work.
Prepare and review method statement of erection and installation of Equipment and Machines for the Project.
Conduct Monthly progress meeting with client and contractor and finalize the strategy accordingly.
Coordinate with QA/QC to prepare and finalize the Inspection test plan and Boundary Matrix for the Construction Phase.
Liaison Company HSE requirements and compliance accordingly.
Supervise and Monitoring the site activity and workman ship of Contractor in order to achieve Quality job and Inspecting of equipment alignment and leveling. Prepare the protocol of alignment and leveling for equipment.
Prepare the pre start up and pre commissioning documents for equipments.
Coordinate with client and contractor to complete the project within time frame.
Conduct monthly progress meeting with client and contractor to discuss the and Update the schedule.
Resolve the project conflicts and supervise the contractor workman ship and audit to tools to avoid any delay or accident.
Role and Responsibilities:
Prepare the construction task strategy.
Supervise the contractor activity. Study of drawings and finalize the centre line and elevation equipment.
Coordinate with client and contractor to discuss the project schedule and strategy. Prepare protocol for inspection and alignment of equipment and machinery.
Prepare the testing procedure of equipment, piping and technological structure related to equipments.
Supervise and inspection of equipment alignment and elevation. Review and approve pre start up, pre commissioning and commissioning procedure of equipment and machinery.
Prepare the punch point list and close it to hand over the project.
Role and Responsibilities:
Participate in project execution strategy and monitor the milestone and project progress accordingly.
Participate in Engineering and design to comply the standards and Project requirements.
Coordinate with Interdepartmental for review project deliverables for each Phase.
Review and verify the method statement of Equipment Installation and for the Machine.
Review and verify the protocol of alignment and inspection of equipment and piping Inline of Approved IFC Drawings.
Monitor and supervise contractor’s job quality and safe work procedures and practice to avoid any unsafe act.
Review and verify the Pre commissioning checklist and Procedures.
Participate in Pre Start up Safety Review and ensuring Safe Commissioning of the Project.
Review and approve the QA/QC Plan and Method Statement of Erection and Installation.
Review and Approve of QA/ QC Dossier of the Project.
