Responsibilities PA to Directors
• Scheduling meeting
• Leasing with Government legal entities, Embassies as directed by the Management.
• Reading, monitoring and responding to the principal's email
• Preparing correspondence on the principal's behalf
• Commissioning work on the principal's behalf
• Handle & Maintaining banking correspondences of the MD & Director operations. Credit card settlements, loan instalments etc.
• Organizing and maintaining files and records in relating to MD’ office. Eg: Banking, Insurance, Health, personnel
• Managing the principal's electronic diary
• Prepare agenda for meetings
• Taking minutes
• Organizing travel and preparing complex travel itineraries
• Preparing and editing correspondence.
Administration duties:
• Managing a stationary budget
• Recruiting
• Issuing offer letters
• Drafting & Preparing JD’s
• Maintaining personal files of Junior Executive / Executives & Managers.
• Preparing & issuing confirmation approvals / letters of Junior Executives and above
• Preparing & issuing salary confirmation / to the banks..
• Standing orders as requested by Directors
• Authorizing to issue Co-operate Dialog sims to requested parties
• Handing over office equipment such as lap tops, mobile phones, etc. and maintain records
• Ordering Dongles, Sim card from the supplier and distribute the same.
• Preparing annual evaluations and report submitting to Directors for yearend salary revisions
• Monitoring and authorizing Utility bills

Overseas Travel arrangements for the two Directors
Hotel reservations for VIP gusts
Organizing Managers / Snr.Managers Meetings
Take down meeting minutes and distribute same

Co-ordinating with JV Partners / Suppliers (Local / Overseas)
Co-ordinating with customers (local / overseas)
