• Assist in engineering analysis, development, design and control of assigned project
• Maintain employee relation & adhere to company Policy.
• Bring company standards in to force in daily operation.
• Observe all safety practices and maintain a safe working environment.
• Communicate policies & Practices to FMG team members.
• Frequent contacts with operating division and Unit Heads to a ascertain problems.
• Define scope of projects, and develop solutions for the projects.
• Occasional contacts with Managers and infrequent contact with Executive Management in responding to inquiries or presenting conclusions of studies
• Frequent working contacts with suppliers of data and information such as estimating engineers, construction engineers, accountants, programmers, etc.
• Guide, motivate and lead the team for continuous improvement & work standard.
• Inspect the site/buildings to ensure it is a hazard-free environment.
• Conducts toolbox meetings.
• Part of the Project Safety Council and leads all efforts to enhance safety.
• Reviews and approves all contractor safety plans, hips and risk assessments.
• Verifies that injury logs and reports are completed and submitted to the compliance division.
• Verifies that all tools and equipment are adequate and safe for use.
• Promote safe practices at the job site.
• Enforces safety guidelines.
• Trains and carries out drills and exercises on how to manage emergency situations.
• Conducts investigations of all accidents and near-misses.
• Conducts job hazard analysis.
• Establish safety standards and policies as needed.
• Performs emergency response drills.
The nature of work is to ensure the safety of people working and the work place is safe.
Maintain the property and the performance of the Organization.
The responsibility for development the methods to reduce the risks and to make the working environment safe.
