Managing and supervising installation, commissioning and maintenance activities by EPC & OEM vendor inline to GASCO requirements.
Maintenance, calibration and troubleshooting of all type of analyzers and their related sampling system.
Originating & Co-ordination of PTW, for works generated by planning department along with Operations team.
Ensure to carry out Site activities by following GASCO & Tyco - QHSE policy & records
Co-ordination with designing and engineering of Analyzer Pre-conditioning System, Sample conditioning System, Rack Layout, Cabinet and Instrument Loop.
Perform witnessing & approving of Site Acceptance Test of Analyzer House & Analyzers
Monitoring & performance evaluation of analyzers through Yokogawa - Distributed Control System & ABB - Data Acquisition System
Follow document management system in accordance with QHSE policy & standards of the company.
Computerized Maintenance Management System (Maximo- ERP) and using Microsoft Office.
Failure Reporting, Work Order Completion & Spare Parts/Inventory Management through Maximo.

Operation, Trouble shooting and Maintenance of electrical equipment of Auxiliary Boiler (Steamblok, Austria),
Chiller Unit (Dikin, Japan), Control Air and Plant Air Compressor with Dryer, Liquefier Unit.Operation
Maintenance of 33/11 KV, 5 MVA Sub-station equipped with modern Static Relay protection & Control system (Siemens, Germany).
