Responsible for sales and application of passive fire protection systems and products for 3M in the Eastern Province.
Responsible for assisting in activities related to production scheduling, inventory management, finished goods delivery and materials requirement planning.
-Improving Supply Chain Performance with the application of SCOR (Supply Chain Operations Reference) model using MS Excel and at KSB Pumps Pakistan. (Final Year Project)
-The Goal of the project is to maximize throughput, minimize Inventory and operational expense.
-Key Performance Indicators for the Supply Chain of ETA Norm Pump are defined and existing performance is captured.
-Bottlenecks/Capacity Constraint Resources/Critical Chain is identified and to be future state is benchmarked.
-Strategies to improve Vendor/Supplier performance and development of a multi-criteria supplier selection mathematical model.
-Development of a Computer Aided Material Requirement Planning Tool for ETA Norm Pump.
-Did real time ABC XYZ Analysis for Inventory Classification and applied Inventory Replenishment methods using MS Excel at MOL CPF Warehouse.
-Calculated safety stock, Reorder level, min/max level, for 3000 inventory items.
-Removing duplication of inventory items and physically studying them, stock coding, making of a PR using ERP Maximo and Inspection, receiving, Issuance, return of Inventory.
-Detailed study of condensate, gas and water separation process and condensate loading.
Detailed study of manufacturing processes at header fabrication, tube finning, bundle assembly and final assembly shops.
-Got the privilege to represent Pakistan at an International Entrepreneurship and branding conference held in Ankara, Turkey. -Was able to get myself selected as member-at-large ASME (American Society of Mechanical Engineers) SDOB (Student District Operating Board) Committee Asia & Pacific, District G. -Laid down the foundation of two internationally chartered organizations Institute of Mechanical Engineers (chartered by IMechE UK) and Institute of Industrial Engineers (Chartered by IIE USA) at UET Taxila. -Committee member Logistics & Supply Chain Division Institute of Industrial Engineers USA. -Gave a presentation on Improving Engine Assembly Line Manufacturing using LEAN Six Sigma at Mechanical National Olympiad held at UET Lahore, Pakistan and got 3rd position.
