AED 8.5 million budgeted project construct on RCC footing & combination of RCC columns and steel structure design. The project consists of five number of warehouse partition, guard & pump rooms, 5 office cabin, 5 workers’ pantry, 5 workers changing room, 5 staff toilet and 5 workers’ toilet total cover area of building 4594 sqm. Five partition of mezzanine floor storage, water tank platform, underground holding tank, 7 car parking & 394-meter boundary walls. Total built up area 6752 sqm

Job profile:
To coordinate with Dubai Municipality, consultants, site supervisors and sub-contractors.
Planning & distribution of manpower as per requirement of site to speed up site activities.
Check the progress & quality of work at the site.
Insure coordination with QA/QC to check the construction stages.
Insure the work according to consultant’s drawings and specifications of Dubai Municipality.
Preparing & monitoring progress report weekly basis.
Review the construction program & plan the duties of personnel according to the construction program
Ensure that supervision personnel are instructed at all stages on task requirements
