1) Prepare, examine, and analyze accounting records, financial statements, and other financial reports to assess accuracy, completeness, and conformance to reporting and procedural standards.
2) Analyze business operations, trends, costs, revenues, financial commitments, and obligations, to project future revenues and expenses or to provide advice.
3) Report to management regarding the finances of establishment.
4) Establish tables of accounts, and assign entries to proper accounts.
5)Prepare financial reports & Support month end reports and closing process.
1) Ensure timely replenishment of merchandise within sales areas. Keep assigned sales areas fully stocked. Minimize outages of merchandise and identify excess merchandise. Understand centralized replenishment.
2) Maintain inventory levels, process inventory documents, compile and maintain statistics as required.
3) Knowledge of the AAFES Inventory Management Systems, the AAFES Store System, Current Business Programs and Retail Practices.
