Filing of Shipping Instructions (SI) through Carriers website and prepare Master B/L draft and send it along with Advance Cargo Declaration to Shipping Liners before SI / ACD cut-off date and filling ISF form direct to U.S. custom.
Responsible for updating and rating bills of lading for outbound cargo.

Preparation of Payment Invoice for Shipping liner Master B/L release charges by submitting Cheque requisition to Accounts
department and prepare Debit Notes for payment from shippers and forward debit notes to shippers accordingly
Booking through website of nominated Shipping Liners / Co-loaders for Delivery Order (D.O.) of FCL export shipments and forwarding the D.O. to shippers /transporters for collection / pick-up of empty containers .
Issuance of Carting Order to nominated Custom Broker of shippers informing regarding CFS carting location and cargo handover cut-off date and time for LCL shipments
Sending of Load-list to Shipping Liners / Carriers and co-ordinating for the same with the Customer Service Department of the Carriers to ensure that the containers are loaded on the planned vessel.

Co-ordinating with shippers on a regular basis and updating the status of shipments viz. shipping bill cut-off date and time, ICD cut-off, port gate cut-off, vessel berthing and sailing details, container loading details, informing the shippers about the SSR (Special Service) charges if incurred due to the container not gated-in within the stipulated port cut-off date and time. After shipper confirms acceptance of SSR charges then coordinating with the carriers to load the container on VIA permission.
