•Naseba is an International event management company.
•I was attached to Business Development Centre.
•The process was, once the Marketing Director gives the upcoming event I have to do a full research about the event and find the Leeds.
•My main job was to research about the Venders (solution providers) of that particular event and find the contact details of the decision makers of the companies such as CEO’s, Managing Directors, CFO’s, etc..And call them directly and pitch them about the event convince them and get them on board.
•Once the customer agrees to participate I have to organize and do all the paper work and send them to the Operations manager and book the client on board.
•Guide the clients till the event in a professional and friendly manner and assist them to meet their requirement with satisfaction
