•Designed the " BAG OPENING DEVICE "
•It is totally enclosed and fitted with hinged glass doors for inspection and maintenance works, It will have a front door to permit the asbestos fibre bag into the chamber, An endless conveyor belt is mounted inside for carrying fibre bag, Two Numbers of cutter head are fitted on a pivoted support, one is on left hand side of side conveyor and one is on right hand side of side conveyor to slit the bag on three sides, a pneumatically operated arm is fixed to pickup the empty fibre bag and transfers the bag into shredder zone, pushing arm is there to push the empty bag into shredder hopper.

Responsibilities:
•Designed the " BELT CONVEYOR "
Description: Where I was actively involved in complete Design of the components of Belt conveyor, Belt conveyor is 8.0m in length & height will be 1300mm, The endless belt length will be 18.2m, The roller used are of 195 dia & with 1800mm bearing centers, All the Drives of conveyor have HP of 7.5motor.
