- Represent Property (PR).

- Analyzes trends and metrics in partnership with the HR group to develop strategies HR solutions, programs and policies.
- Manages and resolves complex employee relations issues.
- Works closely with HR management team and employees to improve work environment and  relationships, build morale, and .increase productivity and retention.
- Devaloping, managing, and supervising the company policies & procedures.
- Managing, and supervising HR Depts. Such as ( Administrative Affairs, Tailant Acquisition and Saudization, Recruitment and Selection, Payroll, Training and Development, Compensation and benefits).
- Insure that all HR Dept. duties are carried out in timely manner.
