-Business Support: Supporting and advising the and stakeholders up to executive level and being a key contact for HR inquiries and activities, Responsible for advising on all employee relations, ensuring minimum risk to the business and providing support for staff as well as ensuring our policies are kept up to date and practiced within the business
-Local Staffing: Participating in the HR strategic planning for Saudization and non-Saudis Local staffing, conducting job interviews on a daily basis, Creating job descriptions and posting job vacancies, creating CV database based on multiple resources.
-Overseas Recruitment: Identifying overseas recruitment needs with different departments, finding qualified agencies, choosing suitable candidates, coordinating with different HR sections to ensure effective arrival for new overseas employee.
-HRDF Operations: issuing employment request through HRDF website (human resources development fund), choosing valid HRDF candidates, handling financial bills (+700, 000 SR since December 2012), handling Job stability bonuses, etc.
-Travel & Vacations: handling vacations, business trips and final exit flight requests and contacting with a travel agency for daily ticket issuance.
