The head responsible for maintaining all the heavy equipment operating in the factory sections, such as loaders, forklifts, and dumpers, as well as generators and firefighting units throughout the entire factory, in addition to the main goal, which is to maintain and operate the scrap yard equipment, including excavators, balers, scrap cutting shears, various scrap presses, and preparing the scrap and scharging it to the melting furnaces.

. Responsible for planning and scheduling preventive maintenance activities, analiyzing maintenance data, ensuring the reliability of systems and equipment .
. Analyze maimtenance data and equipment performance metrics, including availability, over all equipment effectiveness (OEE), reliability, and historical downtime data such MTBF, MTTR .TO detect any trends or patterns that may indicate potential breakdowns .
.coordinate with the manufactures who provide maintenance and support services when needed .
.implement guidelines, instructions and controls for using tools and equipment and raising awareness to preserve thier good condition .
.determine the root causes of equipment failures and develop tactics for thier prevention .
.coordinate with procurement function to purchase spare parts, tools, equipment, etc
and have them available on time to prevent operational interruptions.

The position is responsible for repairing and maintenance of equipment such as pumps valves and generators, hydraulic systems, forklift with diesel engines and trucks .
Perform scheduled preventive maintenance of all equipment, creating maintenance workshop, schedule and arranging the transportation of all vehicles and equipment to different sites.
Follow-up Spare Parts Warehouse and managing spare parts (purchase requests, consumption analysis).
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Inspect all heavy equipment and vehicles in order to diagnose defects. Assists mechanics with the more difficult assignments.
•Coordinates repairs and maintenance with mechanics
•Generates purchase orders for repairs or required maintenance.
•Purchases small tools and any supplies needed for the equipment or work crews.
• Design and install emergency response equipment in vehicles.
• Conduct safety inspections on transit and passenger vehicles.
• Perform field repairs of equipment as necessary, including during adverse weather / environmental conditions
• Ordering parts and supplies necessary for assigned maintenance and repair work and maintain inventory and supplies.
• Make emergency field repairs to a variety vehicles and equipment.
• Follow-up paperwork’s for the site staff and sub-contractors.
• Maintains accurate and complete work records.
• Perform related work as required.
