• Heading the creative department and the media department ( online and Int’l) as well as coordinating with the Local Media coordinators
• Developing and overseeing products development and communications policies
• Developing communications plan and strategy for the Association as well as the specific communication plans and strategies for the different events and races
• Overseeing the development and implementation of the corporate website and the social media communications plan
• Developing and overseeing the implementation of all above the line and below the line advertising campaigns, including production of audio visual materials and TVC
• Planning and implementing sponsor and partner relations policies
• Planning, implementing and moderating team building workshops for the Association
• Creating and managing special projects such as Runners pledges to charities, youth elite athletes program, Universities and BMA MOU, the run for Ashrafieh Telethon..
• Co-creating Live TV broadcast of BMA events and build up promos related to the events
