Major Accountabilities:
1- Lead Enterprise Project Management Office (EPMO) to include developing vision, implementing, monitoring its execution to ensure efficient delivery.
2- Own & manage implementation of the firm projects.
3- Work with relevant function to ensure timely progress of portfolios efforts in line with the organization & country vision 2030.
4- Drive effective cross-functional communication of the strategic Direction, importance and progress and results.
5- Appropriately influences key functional leadership to drive optimized outcomes for the organization.

Responsibilities:
• Planning and designing the programme and proactively monitoring its progress, resolving issues and initiating appropriate corrective action
• Defining the programme's governance arrangements
• Ensuring effective quality assurance and the overall integrity of the programme - focusing inwardly on the internal consistency of the programme, and outwardly on its coherence with infrastructure planning, interfaces with other programmes and corporate, technical and specialist standards
• Managing the programme's budget on behalf of the PfMP, monitoring expenditure and costs against delivered and realised benefits as the programme progresses
• Facilitating the appointment of individuals to project teams
• Ensuring the delivery of new products or services from projects is to the appropriate level of quality, on time and within budget, in accordance with the programme plan and programme governance arrangements
• Ensuring there is allocation of common resources and skills within the programme's individual projects
• Managing third party contributions to the programme
• Managing communications with all stakeholders
• Managing both the dependencies and the interfaces between projects
• Managing risks to the programme's successful outcome
• Working with the business change manager or equivalent on the transition to the new business as usual position
• Initiating extra activities and other management interventions wherever gaps in the programme are identified or issues arise
• Reporting the progress of the programme at regular intervals to the PfMP
1. Understand the roles and skill sets needed for project work load.
2. Forecast future staffing capacity demands and gaps in accordance with departmental managers’ workload planning.
3. Develop plans aiming for optimal resource usage and track resource trends.
4. Assist resource owners to identify and assign appropriate staff to meet project needs.
5. Assist resource owners to recommend staff redeployment as and when necessary, reflecting changing project demands.
6. Update and maintain the programme project plan.
7. Monitor actual progress, compare to baseline and report progress against schedule.
8. Analyze and report productivity and trends.
9. Deliver a robust programme change process.

My job roles:
• Define the scope of the project in collaboration with senior management.
• Create a detailed work plan which identifies and sequences the activities needed to successfully complete the project.
• Determine the resources (time, money, equipment, etc) required to complete the project.
• Develop a schedule for project completion that effectively allocates the resources to the activities.
• Review the project schedule with senior management and all other staff that will be affected by the project activities; revise the schedule as required.
• Determine the objectives and measures upon which the project will be evaluated at its completion.
• A key member of the Project Management team accountable to the Project Manager for project related activities.
