•Responsible for International and local trade transactions,
•Responsible for the monthly close as well as maintenance of all accounting ledgers including monthly review of all account reconciliations and journal entries.
•Reviewing reconciliation statements of all associate companies' bank accounts and monitoring intercompany payments.
•Conducting Internal Audits - QMS ISO 9001:2015
•Continuously monitor customer accounts including ageing analysis of debtors and establish credit limits to minimize risk of defaults and ensure on time realization of receivables.
•Work with internal and external auditors during reviews and audits to ensure full cooperation from accounting staf and compliance with all qualified requests.
•Negotiating credit terms with suppliers on regular intervals.
•Preparing the product costing.
•Reviewing accounts payable / aging reports prepared by subordinates for accuracy and
Passing Journal, Purchase, Sales, Payment Entries.
•Preparing Bank reconciliation statements
•Maintaining Staf records.
•Preparing monthly expenses statement.
